Systems / Business / Reporting Analyst

Job Description

1. A minimum of 4 years experience in a Report/Systems/Business Analyst role
2. Qualified individuals will have a solid background in SQL Server/Oracle/DB2 query and data investigation fundamentals
3. Ability to read and interpret data schemas, with emphasis on SQL Server/Oracle/DB2 implementations
4. Experience with SQL Server 2005 and/or Oracle and/or DB2 preferred
5. Strong Reporting Skills
6. Proven ability to create and maintain online and printed documentation
7. Proven ability to work cross functionally to deliver appropriate resolution of technical, procedural, and operational issues
8. Strong customer service skills
9. Must be able to drive investigations to completion and ensure customer satisfaction
10. Must be flexible and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. A MS/BS degree in a technical field or related discipline is required
13. Experience with data warehouse technologies and/or back-end reporting systems a plus
14. Experience in Business Objects or Cognos Reporting is a plus
15. Experience in a leadership role a plus
