The offshore model adopted by Mentis, looks beyond cost reduction to its clients by establishing a framework for continual improvement on all its services.

The infrastructure in our offshore Centre has T1 connectivity (1.5 Mbps) providing seamless access to Internet and also with adequate backup for contingencies. This is a ‘dedicated internet leased line’ to the public network. The switch has capacity to handle up to 2 Mbps and the ability to upgrade even further to OCx capabilities.

The primary Back-up with 2Mbps Internet connectivity through a second ISP and a secondary back-up consisting of a dedicated 512 Kbps Internet Connectivity through a third ISP.
